At Plantstrength, we stand behind the quality of our scrapbooking and paper craft supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right. This Return Policy applies to purchases made for delivery within the United States and is offered in addition to any rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.

Shipping and Delivery
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), we will ship your order within the time stated at checkout or within 30 days of receiving your order. If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you by email or other reasonable means, offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund, and will not charge your payment method until the order is shipped unless you have expressly agreed to a delay.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned with all original tags and labels intact
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened adhesive products (glues, tapes, dots)
- Cut or used paper and cardstock
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address within 7 days
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or would like to exchange for a different product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your scrapbooking supplies arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- You will not be responsible for return shipping costs
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong selection), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Plantstrength will cover all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns that meet the conditions set out in this policy. If we introduce a restocking fee in the future for certain product categories, we will disclose it clearly at the time of purchase and on this page.
